When I was a young buck in my early 20's, I score my first full-time job in Cambridge, MA. With a meager, yet regular, salary coming in I was able to treat myself after work... and the most welcoming spot happened to be the Hong Kong! The happy hours were wallet-friendly, the Scorpion Bowls were large and tasty, and the cognitive dissonance of a Chinese restaurant that looked more like a Bud Lite sponsored beach bar made the place perfect!

I courted my now-wife there. I got drunk there. I even actually ate FOOD there! And yes, it's still kicking... this is the best news of all in a post-pandemic world. I hope to be able to visit The Kong again soon, and when I do, it'll be with a brightly-colored (and shareable) beverage.
