Sigh... another DC landmark gone dark. The Tastee Diner was a bit hidden away in Silver Spring, MD... but that's part of what made it special! This was the site of my band's last after-show meal back in 2020... the very night before the whole world went silent. The building remains (for now) but the life and vitality are merely a memory...
